Biángbiáng Noodles - 2 Severs
Biángbiáng noodles are wide noodles from Xi'an, China, known for their chewy texture. These Biángbiáng noodles are thick and chewy, not losing to their spicy and rich flavor profile. They combine the unique thick and chewy noodles with the gentle sweetness of Japanese Kyushu's barley miso and the spicy kick of ma la (numbing and spicy) flavor, resulting in a taste that is both addictive and balanced with just the right amount of acidity and spiciness.
Seasoned Black Pepper Menma
