EASY COOKING
1. Boil plenty of water (more than 1.5 liters) in a pot and add the cut noodles.

2. To prevent the noodles from sticking together, gently stir and boil them for about 9 minutes.

3. Before the noodles are done, place the included seasonning packet into a bowl, add about 200ml of hot water, and stir.

4. Once the noodles are boiled, drain them and then place them in the bowl to enjoy.

1. Place the noodles and seasoning packet into a bowl, add 450ml of boiling water, and then cover it with a lid.

2. After 3 minutes, gently loosen the noodles and enjoy.

1. Please fold the noodles in half and place them in plenty of boiling water (500ml or more), then boil them until they are firm (about 2 to 2 and a half minutes).

2. While boiling the noodles, put the seasoning into a bowl and pour 270ml hot water over it to dissolve.

3. Once the noodles are cooked, ladle them into the serving bowl containing the soup and enjoy.

1. When 500ml of water comes to a boil, add the noodles and boil for 4.5 minutes. 

2. While boiling the noodles, put the seasoning into a bowl and pour 250ml hot water over it to dissolve.

3. Once the noodles are cooked, ladle them into the serving bowl containing the soup and enjoy.

Biángbiáng Noodles - 2 Servings
Biángbiáng noodles are wide noodles from Xi'an, China, known for their chewy texture. These Biángbiáng noodles are thick and chewy, not losing to their spicy and rich flavor profile. EASY COOKING
1. Boil plenty of water (at least 2 liters per bag of noodles) and add the noodles individually. (If you put them all in at once, they will stick together.)

2. Gently stir and boil for 10 to 11 minutes, once cooked, drain the noodles in a colander.

3. Mix the included soup with the noodles and enjoy.

1. Boil the noodles in plenty of boiling water for about 1 minute and 20 seconds, then drain and rinse them with water.

2. Put 300cc (about one and a half cups) of water in a pot. Once it boils, return the noodles from step 1 to the pot and simmer for an additional minute. Turn off the heat and add the included soup base.

3. Transfer to a bowl and enjoy.

1. Put the noodles in boiling water and cook for about 2 and a half minutes. Then drain the water and rinse the noodles with cold water.

2. Place the noodles from step 1 in a zaru or plate, sprinkle shredded seaweed on top, and serve in a small bowl with the attached sauce, your preferred green onions, and wasabi. Enjoy!

EASY COOKING
1. Prepare the soup powder(the blue seasoning packet) in a bowl beforehand.

2. Boil 500ml of water in a pot, add the noodles, and boil for 3 minutes

3. Transfer the hot water from the pot to the bowl and dissolve the soup well.

4. Transfer the noodles, mix lightly, and it's ready to serve.

TIPS: Please add bonito flakes(the black seasoning packet) according to your preference.
